At Arthur Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is securely folded.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
